Teaching
Undergraduate students represent a stimulus and a challenge in my work as a teacher. Because of their age, they are restless people, with interests often to be defined, although with a potential to explore. Although a high volume of students are taught, one of my goals is to give attention Custom to each student, trying to boost their qualities, and help them find your way. In this sense, I do not limit myself only to transmitting academic knowledge, but also, taking advantage of my external origin to the university, to advise them on any concern they have for their future, and to give them a business point of view of the real world. All this without neglecting rigor and discipline, because I believe it is essential to teach that in life everything costs, and that all actions generate consequences. This teacher/student communication must be bidirectional, that is, to teach and also to learn from them, because if you know how to listen to them they have a lot to say, not in vain are the engineers of the future.

I have had the great honor of being chosen, by the students of all my years in teaching and uninterruptedly, as a member of the fringe of their graduation. Considering that my interaction with students is very limited during the degree, having had a positive influence on their development as engineers is a stimulus in my work as a teacher.

Jaime Sánchez graduated in 2022 in Industrial Organization Engineering from Loyola University Andalusia, where he is currently studying the Double Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering + Business Administration.
During 2021, she worked as an intern at Surtruck SL, a pioneer in the manufacture of cleaning vehicles, firefighting vehicles and solar plants. In 2022, he belonged to the commercial department of Junior Gas Spring, a company dedicated to the manufacture of air springs with different applications. In addition, that year he participated in the German trade fair Automechanika Frankfurt, an industry leader in automotive services. In 2024, she worked in Cepsa's maintenance department at the La Rábida refinery, participating in scholarships Welcome U.
He is currently a member of the Airbus staff within the programme Discover, which allows students to explore the aeronautical world and enhance their qualities in the company, through the development of the Master's Degree in Organizational Management, Key Competencies and Data Analytics by the Camilo José Cela University.

During 2022, she completed her internship corresponding to the bachelor's degree in the digital transformation department of Junior Gas Spring, a company in charge of the manufacture of air springs with various applications. In 2023, he worked as an intern at the company Persán as a Project Engineer.

Juan López-Tormos del Río has completed his studies of the Double Degree in Industrial Technologies Engineering + Business Administration (Bilingual) at the Loyola University Andalusia. His Final Degree Project focused on the design and implementation of a car service station, using intelligent components integrated within ABB's RobotStudio software. This project allowed him to apply and consolidate the knowledge acquired during his academic training in a practical and future-oriented context. He is currently studying for a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering at the University of Navarra, which is combined with an advanced technical training program with leadership modules in collaboration with IESE Business School. He is also studying for a Professional Master's Degree in Renewable Energies, Smart Grids and Electric Mobility at the International Business School.
Passionate about renewable energies and with a clear focus on consulting and finance, Juan defines himself as a person with a high desire to learn, leadership capacity and skills to manage multidisciplinary teams. During its history, it has demonstrated its commitment to technological innovation and sustainability, excelling in projects that integrate intelligent solutions and advanced techniques. In addition to his strong background, Juan has significant international experiences, such as a work experience in New Hampshire (United States) in 2022 and an academic stay in Prague in 2023. These experiences have reinforced their intercultural competencies, their adaptability and their ability to work in global environments, skills that complement their technical and business profile.

Alba Hidalgo is a university student pursuing a double degree in Industrial Engineering and Business Administration Bilingual at Loyola University of Seville. She is currently a graduate of the Industrial Engineering degree and in June 2025 she will graduate from Bilingual Business Administration. She participated in international exchanges such as Erasmus in Lyon, France, and in exchange programs with families in Ireland (Wexford and Waterford), experiences that significantly improved her language skills and fostered her personal maturity. En cuanto a experiencia profesional, ha realizado prácticas en Accenture & Airbus (actualidad), en Inerco (2023-2024), y en Brigmton Electronics (2019), además de realizar voluntariados en SAFA Blanca Paloma School (2021-2022) y Residencia San Juan de Dios (2018-2019). Entre sus logros a destacar, fue elegida como candidata para asistir al Parlamento Europeo Juvenil en Sevilla, mejorando habilidades de debate, trabajo en equipo y oratoria (2019), participó en campamentos de inglés en Londres y Cambridge con «Inspire Summer» y EF (2014-2015) y asistió a las conferencias Sputnik en 2020.
