Research Projects
The researchers within each university department are organized into research groups, being their economic engine the research projects. In essence, a line of work is proposed to an agency, and if the proposal is sufficiently innovative and the applicant department enjoys a certain reputation, that body grants a financial subsidy to the corresponding group, through which laboratory materials and equipment can be acquired, doctoral students can be hired, congress attendance can be financed, etc. Obviously, the agency must be justified for the correct use of the grant in the form of publications related to the project. Therefore, the research can be seen as a wheel where articles generate projects, which in turn generate new articles.
Además, desde 2024, también pertenezco y colaboro con el grupo ODS "Optimization and Control of Distributed Systems" of the Department of Engineering of the Loyola University Andalusia.
